I have experience in managing projects to drive behaviour change through innovative technologies, revolutionizing internal processes and enhancing communication strategies.

• Digital Tool Development: I helped design and develop a culture diagnostic tool used by organizations for strategic decision-making.

• Creative Campaign Leadership: I have led teams in aspects of creating innovative campaigns, providing consultancy on AI and technology integration for clients such as Ardagh, DSM, NHS and Network Rail.

• AI and Technology Integration: I developed integration solutions using client cybersecurity AI technology which were successfully implemented in the client workspaces, driving digital transformation and improving efficiency.
